Pigmentation Treatment in Singapore

What non-medical treatment can support, and the role of consistent aftercare.

What causes pigmentation?

  • Sun exposureβ€” UV rays trigger more melanin production, leading to sun spots.
  • Hormonal changesβ€” for example melasma during pregnancy or with hormonal medication.
  • Post-inflammatory marksβ€” left behind by acne, eczema or skin trauma.
  • Geneticsβ€” freckles and certain pigmentation patterns can be inherited.

What non-medical treatment can support

At Shebella, our pigmentation care is non-medical. We use the V-Jet device with cosmetic serums to help support a more even-looking complexion over a series of sessions. We do not perform medical lasers or chemical peels β€” for those, we will refer you to a doctor.

Realistic expectations

Pigmentation often improves gradually rather than disappearing in a single session. A typical plan includes 4 – 8 sessions paired with a sun-safe daily routine. If your pigmentation is medical in nature (for example certain forms of melasma), a doctor’s assessment may be the better starting point.

Daily routine to support results

  • Daily sunscreenβ€” SPF 30 or higher, reapplied throughout the day.
  • Hydrationβ€” consistent moisturiser suitable for your skin type.
  • Brightening ingredientsβ€” products with niacinamide, vitamin C or hyaluronic acid, used as advised.

How much does it cost?

First-trial pigmentation sessions start from $58 for first-time clients. Package pricing depends on the area and number of sessions recommended after your consultation.
