By accessing our website, making an enquiry, purchasing any service or package, booking an appointment, or undergoing any treatment with Shebella Beauty & Slimming, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this website or purchase our services.

1. About Our Services

Shebella Beauty & Slimming provides non-invasive beauty and aesthetic services, including but not limited to VJET-related treatments, facials, slimming services, lifting services, skin treatments, hair treatments, and related beauty care services.

All services offered by Shebella Beauty & Slimming are intended for aesthetic and cosmetic purposes only. Our services are not medical treatment, are not a substitute for professional medical advice, and do not constitute diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.

Any treatment descriptions on this website are for general informational purposes only. Individual suitability must always be assessed at consultation and may vary from person to person.

2. Eligibility and Suitability

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website and purchase our services.

By purchasing or undergoing any treatment, you confirm that:

• all information you provide to us is true, complete, and accurate;
• you will disclose all relevant health, skin, allergy, medication, pregnancy, breastfeeding, recent procedure, or other condition information that may affect treatment suitability;
• you understand that treatment suitability is subject to professional assessment by Shebella Beauty & Slimming.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, postpone, modify, or discontinue any service if we believe the service may be unsuitable, unsafe, impractical, or not in your best interests.

3. No Medical Advice

The content on this website, in social media content, advertisements, brochures, chat messages, consultation summaries, and verbal explanations is for general beauty and service information only.

Nothing on this website or in our communications should be interpreted as medical advice, medical representation, or a guarantee of health-related outcomes.

If you have any medical concern, skin disorder, health condition, or uncertainty about whether a treatment is suitable for you, you should seek advice from a qualified doctor before proceeding.

4. Results May Vary

Treatment outcomes vary significantly depending on individual factors, including age, skin condition, body condition, metabolism, lifestyle, aftercare compliance, prior procedures, sensitivity, and overall response to treatment.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• results are not guaranteed;
• results may differ from person to person;
• visible improvement may require multiple sessions;
• maintenance sessions may be required;
• any estimated treatment duration, number of sessions, or expected result timeline is only an estimate;
• photographs, testimonials, examples, or descriptions shown on this website or elsewhere are illustrative only and do not promise that you will achieve the same or similar outcome.

To avoid doubt, dissatisfaction arising solely from subjective expectations, personal preference, or outcome variation shall not by itself mean the service was defective, incomplete, or misrepresented.

5. VJET-Specific Terms

VJET treatments are non-invasive cosmetic services and are not surgical procedures.

By purchasing or undergoing any VJET treatment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• treatment outcomes are aesthetic only;
• individual response varies;
• swelling, redness, tenderness, temporary unevenness, sensitivity, dryness, bruising, discomfort, or other temporary skin reactions may occur;
• multiple treatments may be recommended for best results;
• maintenance may be needed.

For VJET Nose Lifting, you acknowledge that any result is non-surgical in nature and not equivalent to surgical rhinoplasty or implant-based procedures. Duration varies by individual, but where results are achieved, they are commonly described as lasting around 16 to 18 months, with peak condition often around 8 to 12 months, subject to individual response and maintenance.

For VJET fat-melting or slimming-related services, you acknowledge that results are not permanent and may be reduced or nullified by poor diet, weight gain, lack of activity, or inconsistent maintenance.

6. Consultation and Informed Decision

All treatments are subject to consultation, whether in person, by messaging, or otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• you ask any questions you need before proceeding;
• you understand the nature of the treatment;
• you understand the possible side effects, limitations, recommended sessions, pricing, aftercare, and any recovery-related product requirements before agreeing to proceed.

Proceeding with a treatment, package purchase, or booking shall be treated as your confirmation that you understand and accept the relevant service terms.

7. Pricing and Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that service descriptions, prices, promotions, and package details published on our website, social media pages, or messaging channels are accurate at the time of publication. However, errors, omissions, delays in updating, and promotional changes may occur.

Accordingly:

• All prices listed on the website, advertisements, social media, or promotional materials are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• The final and prevailing price shall be the price confirmed by Shebella Beauty & Slimming at the time of purchase, invoice issuance, or booking confirmation.
• Promotional prices, first-trial prices, complimentary items, and bundled offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiry periods, outlet availability, therapist availability, or treatment suitability.
• We reserve the right to correct any clerical, pricing, typographical, or promotional error at any time.

Your current pricing sheet may differ from earlier promotions or website listings. Published price examples should not be treated as a permanent or binding offer unless expressly confirmed at the point of sale. Your existing service/pricing schedule can be maintained separately as the current reference list.

8. Aftercare, Recovery Products, and Additional Product Costs

Some services may require or strongly recommend aftercare, recovery, soothing, maintenance, or support products in order to protect the treated area, improve comfort, support recovery, or maintain results.

By purchasing or undergoing any treatment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• recovery products, aftercare products, or maintenance products may apply depending on the treatment selected;
• such products may be chargeable separately unless expressly stated to be included;
• failure to use recommended aftercare or recovery products may affect comfort, healing, appearance, maintenance, or longevity of results;
• we are not responsible for compromised results caused by failure to follow aftercare advice or failure to use appropriate aftercare where reasonably recommended.

Where aftercare products are mandatory or strongly recommended for a particular treatment, Shebella Beauty & Slimming may decline to proceed with the treatment unless appropriate aftercare arrangements are accepted.

9. Packages, Promotions, and Validity

Packages, first trials, ala carte sessions, promotional items, bonus sessions, and complimentary products are governed by the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• packages are non-transferable;
• packages are non-shareable;
• all sessions must be used within the validity period stated at purchase;
• expired sessions may be forfeited;
• complimentary items, gifts, bonus sessions, and promotional add-ons have no cash value;
• trial offers are limited to eligible first-time customers or such other conditions as we may impose.

We reserve the right to amend, discontinue, replace, or withdraw promotions and package structures at any time, provided that confirmed purchases already made will continue to be governed by the terms agreed at the time of purchase unless otherwise required by law.

10. Payment, Deposits, Refunds, and No Guarantee of Satisfaction

Payment may be required in full or in part before confirmation of appointment, package activation, or commencement of treatment.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing:

• payments for completed services are non-refundable;
• deposits may be non-refundable;
• prepaid packages are non-refundable once any session has been used;
• where any refund is exceptionally approved, used sessions may be recalculated at the prevailing ala carte rate and any promotional value, free products, gifts, discounts, or bonus items may be deducted from the refundable amount;
• administrative charges may apply where permitted.

You acknowledge that aesthetic dissatisfaction, slower-than-expected progress, need for more sessions, maintenance requirements, or variation in results do not automatically entitle you to a refund, replacement, or compensation.

11. Booking, Cancellation, Late Arrival, and No-Show Policy

Appointments are subject to availability.

We may require advance booking, confirmation, deposit payment, or pre-treatment screening.

Unless otherwise stated:

• at least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling;
• late cancellation, no-show, or significant late arrival may result in forfeiture of deposit, appointment slot, or package session;
• where lateness shortens the available treatment time, we may shorten, modify, or decline the session without refund.

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or reassign appointments due to therapist availability, operational needs, unsuitable treatment conditions, safety issues, or other reasons beyond our reasonable control.

12. Service Locations and Home-Based / Mobile Services

Shebella Beauty & Slimming may provide services at salon branches, temporary operating venues, approved partner premises, residential or home-based service settings, or other service locations as determined by operational needs and service suitability.

Accordingly:

• location shall not be deemed an essential or guaranteed factor of the contract unless expressly confirmed by us in writing;
• branch location, outlet convenience, or travel distance shall not by itself be grounds for refund, cancellation, non-payment, or dispute;
• we reserve the right to provide or arrange services through home-based, mobile, or alternative service locations where appropriate;
• not all services, promotions, therapists, timings, or equipment may be available at every location.

Where a specific location is requested, we will try to accommodate it, but do not guarantee permanent availability at any one branch or venue.

13. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• provide accurate and complete information;
• follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions;
• disclose any change in your health, skin condition, or medication before treatment;
• maintain respectful conduct toward our staff;
• not attend appointments while ill in a manner that may affect hygiene, safety, or service suitability;
• not insist on treatment against our professional advice.

We reserve the right to refuse service where you are abusive, threatening, intoxicated, medically unsuitable for the treatment, or unwilling to comply with reasonable hygiene, safety, or aftercare expectations.

14. Side Effects and Assumption of Risk

Even where treatments are non-invasive, there may still be side effects, discomfort, limitations, or unexpected reactions.

By proceeding with any treatment, you acknowledge that possible reactions may include redness, swelling, tenderness, dryness, peeling, bruising, sensitivity, temporary marks, temporary asymmetry, temporary breakouts, or dissatisfaction with the aesthetic appearance.

You voluntarily accept these known and unknown treatment-related risks to the extent permitted by law.

15. Photographs, Testimonials, and Marketing Materials

We may take before-and-after photographs, notes, or treatment records for documentation, quality control, treatment comparison, internal review, or dispute handling.

We will not use your identifiable photographs, videos, testimonials, or treatment images for public advertising or marketing without your consent.

Where you separately provide consent for promotional use, you agree that such materials may be used on our website, social media, advertisements, or other marketing channels in accordance with the consent given.

16. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, service descriptions, graphics, layout, photographs, videos, icons, pricing formats, and promotional wording, belongs to Shebella Beauty & Slimming or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
